ZB43A Cardboard Packet and Carton Parking Line is developed by Tianjin Huayi Co., Ltd. on the basis of British Molins Company’s HLP2N technology, introduced by China National Tobacco Machinery (Group). The line passed the quality appraisal at ministry level under the charge of National Bureau in Fuling Cigarette Factory, 1996, and the lot production appraisal was approved as well in the following year.
The machine incorporates pneumatic ejector, automatical lubrication system, bundle reservoir magazine and direct start control system, and can be started slowly. Three sets of scroll cam indexing mechanism are fftted to the machine. Control of the machine is governed by the advanced PLC System. Automatic detection, rejection, fault indication and other functions are available on the machine. Moreover, the machine is easy in operation and maintenance.
